Considering the wonderful, affectionate feelings experienced
In a past that slips away and is yet scarcely an hour old,
Noiselessly a door is closed and darkness engulfs me.

Nightfall? Hardly.

An unexpected encounter led to an incredible discovery,
Magically forming a warm bond between two distant souls.
Over the miles, tender hearts met and pulsed in unison.
Now, alas, that steady rhythm is broken as fate intervenes.

Blackness, I will not have your shadows again upon me!

As I seek a glimmer of light shining upon a new path,
Coaxing me toward a future of new and certain passion,
All I allow myself to believe is that my time yet awaits!
